Find out more about the culture and cuisine of Gujurat and Sam’s story – how he came to open his great restaurant.  This is a Slow Food Bedford event with a difference.  We’ll be taking over the restaurant for the evening of 22 February 2008.

I know that it has taken me a couple of weeks to put fingers to keyboard, but I just wanted to say what a fabulous evening I had at the Rajkot.

This is the only indian restaurant in Bedford that I visit (unless dragged to others by friends) but even as a regular customer, Sam still managed to produce the wow factor and take my breath away with the freshness and sharp taste of the food.

It goes without saying that the company was lovely and they helped make the evening so enjoyable and a big thank you to Sue for all of the work that she put into the evening.

Hear, hear. A fantastic restaurant with consistently brilliant food. A very enjoyable evening – thanks for organising it.
